Tip 9: Middle mouse button click

Middle button click on a tab in Firefox (usually also works in other applications too) - Close it. If you close a tab by mistake in Firefox 2.0 you can restore it by Shift+Ctrl+T

Middle mouse button click on a link in Firefox- opens the link into a new tab. Extremely useful instead of pressing the ctrl key when clicking on the link which does the same thing.
