In summary
The blog is currently in stiff competition with three of the best games of the last couple of years so that's the reason why there has been little blogging these last weeks. Half Life 2 is simply incredible with the physics engine more real than reality itself, Fifa 2005 got me hooked on making Verona a Champions League winner and Need For Speed Underground 2 makes it a pity to leave my lovely red Miata in the garage. Anyway gaming with a very healthy dose of work has gotten the best of the first month of the year but hopefully this week I'll finalise the current two programming projects and start concentrating on what should really matter - Tanzania's Safari. In the mean time I managed to appear in the news for the first time.
Last month was also a very good movie month. We watched Elektra (3/5 +1 for Jennifer Garner), The AviatorThe Aviator (4/5 +1 for Leonardo Di Caprio), Meet the Fockers (4/5) and Hero (2/5 -1 for sleeping after half an hour).
Well I'm off to play and sleep cause tomorrow is a busy Tuesday. Yes, by the way the photography course is great. We're learning the basics of photography like the basic aperture and shutter settings and the principles behind setting the camera. The topic is more interesting than it was on paper however I think to make the big step in the subject I must start seeing photos as a work of art rather than a mere time freeze recorded on paper. The think that should be noted from the photography lessons and that I've never found written anywhere is that the maximum time you can hold a camera without the effect of camera shake is 1/60 of a second.
