Baked Chicken Vietnam

This is a very easy to prepare recipe for two and itÂ’s just simply delicious.
Ingredients (for 3)
400g Chicken Breast
1/2 cup sour cream
2 packets thin salted potato crisps
3 tablespoons melted butter
Directions
- Cut the chicken breast into slices and crumble the potato crisps as finely as possible.
- Cover the breast with sour cream and coat in the crushed crisps.
- Place the coated chicken strips in a dish and cover with melted butter.
- Bake in an oven on gas mark 5/6 for 45 minutes, or until the chicken is tender and golden.
Things to try for next time
- Add some garlic powder to the melted butter for taste. (Actually this tip was in the original recipe but I decide to omit it).
