Baked Chicken Vietnam

This is a very easy to prepare recipe for two and itÂ’s just simply delicious.

Ingredients (for 3)

400g Chicken Breast
1/2 cup sour cream
2 packets thin salted potato crisps
3 tablespoons melted butter

Directions

  1. Cut the chicken breast into slices and crumble the potato crisps as finely as possible.
  2. Cover the breast with sour cream and coat in the crushed crisps.
  3. Place the coated chicken strips in a dish and cover with melted butter.
  4. Bake in an oven on gas mark 5/6 for 45 minutes, or until the chicken is tender and golden.

Things to try for next time

  1. Add some garlic powder to the melted butter for taste. (Actually this tip was in the original recipe but I decide to omit it).
